Terms of Use
These terms apply to pigeotravel.com and the pigeo beta waitlist, run by pigeo ("pigeo," "we," "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK). If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
2. The waitlist and the beta
- Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the beta, or a specific date for it.
- The beta is an early version of pigeo. Features may change, break or be removed, and the beta may end at any time.
- Beta access may come with its own terms, which we'll show you at the time.
3. Your information
Please give us accurate information, sign up once, and only sign up yourself; don't enter anyone else's email without their permission. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
4. Emails
By joining, you agree that we can email you about pigeo and the beta. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to hello@pigeotravel.com.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. In particular, don't:
- use bots, scripts or fake details to sign up, or sign up in bulk;
- try to game referrals, for example by creating signups for people who didn't ask;
- probe, scan, overload or try to break into the site or the services behind it;
- copy or scrape the site's content.
We may remove signups or block access that breaks these rules.
6. Referrals
Sharing your link is always welcome. We don't promise rewards for referrals unless we announce them in writing, and we may disregard referrals that look abusive.
7. Our content
The pigeo name, the pigeon character, the artwork and the rest of this site belong to pigeo or its licensors. Please don't use them without our written permission.
8. No warranties
The site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, pigeo won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continued use means you accept the new terms. We may also pause or close the waitlist at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
